For two consecutive years, BJP obtained the TOP CSR Award for CSR Program and TOP Leader Commitment 2025
Jakarta, PT Bhumi Jati Power (hereinafter “BJP”) has successfully obtained the 2 (two) awards in the TOP CSR Awards 2025, which was held by Top Business Magazine. The theme of the award is “CSR for Sustainable Business Growth and Asta Cita Government Program”. This award was participated in by around 1.000 companies across various industries in Indonesia, and 218 companies were selected to receive the awards. This participant's number has significantly increased by more than 20% compared to the TOP CSR award 2024. Top Business Magazine has initiated this event since 2017 in collaboration with the Ministry of Environmental and Forestry and several CSR expertise institutions in Indonesia.
Held at the Raffles Hotel Jakarta on Wednesday (11/6/2025), the ceremonial announcement agenda was attended by more than 700 representatives from the winners across various companies in many sectors. The representative of the BJP was attended by Mr. Taichi Ichise (President Director of BJP), Mr. Warhana Sumirta (GM HRGA & CSR of BJP), and Mr. Ari Wibawa (CSR Manager of BJP). In this event, BJP was honoured with the TOP CSR Award 2025, with 4 Stars for the CSR Program category, and Mr. Taichi Ichise, President Director of BJP, was awarded for the Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2025 in recognition of his exemplary leadership and dedication to corporate social responsibility. BJP has received this prestigious award twice since 2024 in succession.
In this TOP CSR Award 2025, BJP registered “The Seaweed Sustainable Cultivation Program,” or abbreviated as SEAS-PRO, as one of the Signature CSR Programs and presented it to the selection committee in February 2025. BJP raised the “Empowering the Coastal Community for the Bright Future” as a theme for this program, which was started in 2022 and has become CSV (Creating Shared Value), such as cultivation, fisheries, and derivative product development, into one comprehensive program.
Through this program, BJP implemented based on the CSR Guidelines in ISO 26000, which generates tangible and intangible impacts for the surrounding community and inlining with Asta Cita Government Program number (2) to support strengthening the national security defence system and promoting the nation's independence through self-sufficiency in food, energy, water, creative economy, green economy, and blue economy and Asta Cita number (6) building the village from the bottom up for economic equality and poverty eradication.
During the presentation session, BJP also shared its CSR Policy and Strategy, which aligns with the company's long-term business plan. The presentation emphasized the BJP’s strong commitment to initiating the program prior to the Plant Commercial Operation Date (PCOD), as a proactive approach to support the smoothness of the business operation.

BJP believes that this award is a reflection of the company’s commitment to carry out the CSR Program in alignment with the company’s policies, the company’s values, applicable regulations, and the Indonesian Government's priority programs. Moving forward, the BJP aims to extend this positive impact to the broader community through its Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program.
